HRO Recruitment is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role: Accounts Payable Specialist with German Location: Cracow Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: • Accounts Payable Management for the entire UI group including invoice processing, master data management, payment run and reconciliation of creditor accounts; • Fixed asset accounting; • Maintenance and further development of the implemented automated in-voice processing tool (SAP add-on); • Preparation of data for regulatory reporting statements; • Preparation of data for monthly submission of VAT advance returns; • Support for preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; • Preparation of monthly reports. The successful candidate will bring the following: • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject; • First experience (>1 year) in a Finance department of a (preferably) multinational company; • Strong analytical skills and understanding of Finance processes especially regarding accounts payable • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook); • Knowledge of SAP and experience in a financial services organisation is a plus; • Strong interpersonal skills required to work in a team as well as ongoing communication with colleagues and (senior) management; • Fluency in Polish, English and German (min. requirement B1) – both verbal and written communication.
